i don't really understand why sellers do not accept paypal? How can I get protected without refund policy. So it is easy to see sellers who do not accept paypal are scam because they don't want refund at all.

not accepting paypal does not mean a seller is a scam.. I've been doing this a while. the fact is paypal is frustrating and inconvenient in every way imaginable and there is no real protection in paypal especially when a lot of people will dispute the transaction after they use your miles. paypal is a joke. accounts are hacked all the time and used to buy miles which are then sold again to launder money. paypal is not any safer then western union or moneygram and the actual safest way for both parties would be a personal check. That is backed by your bank if it is written to a fraudulent seller. A bank will protect you far more then paypal would.

that is horse shit. paypal is not some magical gateway to secure transactions. you can get a refund from your bank if writing a check it's not different then using your debit card. paypal is not immune to scams.
