This is Drak. It appears that just as soon as I posted that Flyertrip was legit, I received a call today from United about the tickets I booked using the miles he sold on the account he gave me.
United asked questions on where I got the miles and informed me that the ticked had been invalidated since the miles could not be used. I emailed Flyertip immediately asking him to explain and return my $ if he could not. This trip was scheduled for 2016. Stay tuned and I will keep you informed on what transpires with Flyertrip.
